Barge capping is refitted and tired bargeboards replaced, valleys are storm sealed, and we track down where a leak is actually getting in rather than just where it shows up inside. Galvanised clips are fitted where the tiles sit most exposed, since there is nothing upwind on a township block to take the edge off a gust. If the roof space underneath has been baking with no through-draught, whirlybirds go in to shift that air, and we only put them on the quote when the cavity genuinely wants them. Then the coating goes on as a genuine three-coat system: a sealing primer coat followed by two colour coats. Every stage is done by our own team.
