A restoration is not a single task but a sequence, and a fair quote sets out every stage so you can see what you are paying for. Our own team carries out all of it. On a Warragul roof the work runs through:

When to Restore, When a Repair Will Do

Not every tired roof needs the full treatment, and we will tell you when it does not. If the tiles are sound and the trouble is a cracked ridge line or a couple of slipped tiles, a targeted repair is the cheaper, sensible fix, and that is what we quote. A full restoration earns its keep when the coating has broken down across the whole roof, the pointing is failing in more than one place, or you want to get years more life out of a roof that is structurally fine. Where a roof is genuinely past saving, water through the timbers or sheets corroded right through, we will say so rather than sell you a coat of paint over a roof that needs replacing.
