Most jobs we get called out for fall into a handful of services. Whichever one you need, the same team handles it:- Roof restoration: cleaning, rebedding, repointing and a three-coat sealing system to bring a tired tile or terracotta roof back to life

Eminent started because Avi Sandhu kept seeing the same thing in the trade: layer upon layer of subcontractors between the homeowner and the person on the roof, each one adding cost and blurring who was actually accountable. We built the business the other way around. There are no subcontractors here. The people who quote your roof are the people who do the work, and they are the people you call if you ever need to ask about it.
Before any job starts you get a detailed, itemised quote in writing, with each part of the work priced on its own and no costs added later. If there is more than one sensible way to do the job, or more than one material that fits your budget, we lay the options out rather than steer you to the dearest one. The workmanship jobs we take on, restorations, repairs and new gutters among them, carry a 10-year workmanship warranty in writing, so you are not relying on a handshake if something we did ever needs a second look. And we leave the property clean and tidy, because a mess on your lawn is still your mess after we drive off.

You will not find a price list on this site, and there is a good reason for that. Two roofs on the same street rarely cost the same to put right.
