  • Whirlybirds go in where a roof space has nowhere to vent, which is more often the older north than the estates that were built with it already.
  • Any minor leaks are traced and sealed before a drop of coating goes on.
  • The three-coat system goes on last: a sealing coat, then two colour coats, on roof types suited to it.
